An Alien Mothership is a vehicle used by Aliens that is bigger than regular Alien Spaceships, but behaves the same. In Tasty Planet they only appear in Cosmos 1. They are the Universe's last effort to kill off the Grey Goo.

- Alien Mothership only attack players by shooting Laser Rays. They can pass through Meteoroids and Asteroids.
- When they entered food chain, they fly away from the player if it gets too close to them. If players are far from them, they will fly back and shoot, but they don't come close to players.

- About 19.8 megameters.

- They are the biggest vehicle in the series.
- They are almost as big as Earth.
- They are similar to Alien Spaceships, the only difference being their color and size.
