Ancient Rome is the fourth world in Tasty Planet Back for Seconds. There are eight levels and one cutscene in Story Mode and there are three levels in Bonus Mode in this world.

Plot

The Grey Goo, having traveled to Ancient Roman times, has been shrunken down to the size of 1.02 millimeters. It eats through mostly food on a table in Feast, humans and various structures in Shopping Spree and many large buildings in Fall of Rome, eventually eating the Coliseum. This creates another timeline where the grey goo ate half of Rome and the empire banded together to rebuild it. This meant that the Roman Empire never fell, even up until the present day. The grey goo then travels forward another thousand years or so in time to the days of Feudal Japan.
