Hover garbage trucks are science fiction versions of vehicles also called "dustcarts". They are trucks specially designed to collect municipal solid waste and haul the collected waste to a solid waste treatment facility such as a landfill.
They appear in the Cyberpunk Penguin world in Tasty Planet Forever.
