Moths comprise of a group of insects related to Butterflies, belonging to the order Lepidoptera. Most lepidopterans are moths, and they are thought to be approximately 160,000 species of moth, many of which have yet to be described. Most species of moth are nocturnal, but there are also crepuscular and diurnal species.
They appear in the Cyberpunk Penguin world in Tasty Planet Forever.

- They fly around the screen and possibly through each other. They can hurt the penguin, but don't run away or attack it.

- Though they are labeled as Butterfly, the Red Butterfly in Late Cretaceous has more of a moth appearance than a butterfly.
