The rotifers, usually called wheel animals, or wheel animalcules, make up a phylum of microscopic and nearly microscopic pseudocoelomate animals and appear in the Martian Goo world in Tasty Planet Forever.

- They chase the player around and can hurt them when touched.
- When they enter the food chain, they swim away, but after the next zoom, they don't swim away, in Laser Bears or Tardi To The Party, they don't swim away.
