The modern torpedo is a self-propelled weapon with an explosive warhead, launched above or below the water surface, propelled underwater towards a target, and designed to detonate either on contact with its target or in proximity to it.
In Tasty Blue, they are shot by Attack Helicopters, Nuclear Submarines, Destroyers and Aircraft Carriers. They can't be eaten.
In Tasty Planet Forever, they are shot by Submarines and the Shark Hunter. Tandem Rotor Helicopters can also shoot them but only in the bonus levels. They also can't be eaten.
