Here’s the gist of it: So basically you play as the dolphin who gets eaten by a orca, shrinks to atomic scale, eats molecules, then eats protein, then cell parts, then cells, then some teeth (not all), then food chunks, then part of the intestines, & ends with the organs with the dolphin eating the orca inside-out.
